Cold Heading Workshop
While competitors require additional CNC machining for terminals, Sanco pioneered nationwide in achieving the same precision with just cold heading – significantly reducing production costs for customers.
Stamping Workshop
We operate two stamping workshops equipped with 50 presses ranging from 60 to 450 tons, capable of forming diverse profiles with precision.
Injection Molded Workshop

Tooling Workshop
With an annual production capacity of 5,000+ molds, we specialize in processing metal stamping, injection molding, laminating, and fixture molds. Equipped with 25+ wire-cutting machines, we achieve precision mold machining with 0.02mm tolerance.
Extruded Copper Busbar Workshop
High-precision extrusion technology, suitable for new energy battery packs (low-impedance connection), rail transit (seismic design), data centers (high heat dissipation requirements), and other scenarios. Compared to traditional processes, it reduces mold costs, enables faster delivery, and offers lighter weight.
Laminating Workshop
Our three laminating workshops feature high-precision temperature-pressure control technology, enabling automated production and multi-material composite capabilities.
