A modern MES (Manufacturing Execution System) monitors the entire process, recording each step for complete digital oversight. Every connector is marked with its own laser-engraved QR code, enabling instant access to its production and quality history. Before leaving the factory, each unit undergoes comprehensive electrical and mechanical testing to guarantee consistent performance in the field.

    Built for reliability, this charging connector achieves IP67-grade resistance to both water and dust, making it suitable for all-weather use. The high-conductivity copper cores reduce energy loss and ensure efficient power delivery. With a tested endurance of over 10,000 plug-in cycles, it remains stable even after prolonged use in demanding environments. It operates flawlessly from -40°C to +120°C and is verified to meet IEC 62196-1 and IEC 62196-3 requirements, ensuring it matches international EV charging standards.

    For low-current versions (10A–80A), our engineers have created a completely new housing design, not adapted from high-current connectors. This purpose-built shell optimizes performance for lower charging currents, offering a more compact, ergonomic, and visually appealing solution that is lighter and easier to handle.
