    Our R&D team of 200 experts and professional laboratories enable us to independently execute product structure design, CAE simulation analysis, performance validation, and in-house mold design and manufacturing. Equipped with specialized mold technicians and advanced machinery (including slow wire cutting, fast wire cutting, medium wire cutting, and CNC machines achieving machining accuracy up to 0.02mm), we produce terminals through cold heading or CNC processes and complete plating in-house. Plastic raw materials are thermally baked and injection molded with terminals, followed by assembly via both manual and automated equipment for final shipment.
