Sanco’s IEC Type 2 AC and CCS2 DC vehicle charging inlets are designed for full compliance with IEC 62196-1 (AC) and IEC 62196-3 (DC) standards, ensuring seamless integration into European-standard EV charging systems. They support both CCS2 (Combined Charging System) and Type 2 interfaces, offering broad compatibility with mainstream EV brands such as Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and more.
Each inlet features IP55/IP67-rated protection, enabling reliable operation in extreme weather conditions including heavy rain, snow, high temperatures, and dusty environments. Built-in intelligent temperature sensors actively monitor and prevent overload or overheating, further enhancing charging safety. The use of high-purity copper conductors ensures excellent conductivity and minimal power loss, while flame-retardant, high-temperature-resistant housing materials provide long-term durability.
Engineered for over 10,000 mating cycles, these connectors maintain consistent performance even under high-frequency, high-current operation.
