In response to the high-voltage and lightweight trends in new energy vehicles, we offer electrical connection solutions with high-temperature resistance, impact resistance, and low impedance, overcoming challenges such as wiring space constraints and electromagnetic interference. Our products are used in the high-voltage power distribution systems of leading Chinese NEV automakers, including NIO, XPeng, and Zeekr, with mass production validating their reliability.  

High-Voltage Connectors (Compatible with 1000V Platforms)  
Sanco’s high-voltage connector series offers a complete range, including plastic high-voltage connectors, metal high-voltage connectors, and high-voltage junction boxes. These are primarily used in key NEV circuit modules such as battery packs, power distribution units (PDUs), motor controllers, and onboard chargers.  

Manual Service Disconnect (MSD)  
The MSD is primarily used for emergency power cutoff protection in high-voltage, high-current mainline circuits of electric vehicles. It features easy installation and removal, maintenance convenience, excellent shock resistance, and high locking strength.  

High-Voltage Junction Box (with Fuse Protection)  
Sanco’s high-voltage junction box solutions include three major product series—metal, plastic, and multifunctional integrated—fully meeting the diverse needs of new energy commercial vehicles. Our metal housing products provide superior electromagnetic shielding and heat dissipation; the lightweight plastic series ensures strength while significantly reducing weight; and the smart integrated products combine multiple protection functions. All products adopt high-standard protective designs, feature anti-misplug structures, and undergo rigorous environmental testing to ensure reliability and safety under various operating conditions, delivering comprehensive protection for NEV commercial vehicle high-voltage systems.  

Copper-Aluminum Composite Busbar (15%+ Higher Conductivity)  
As an innovative conductive material, copper-aluminum composite busbars play a critical role in NEV high-voltage connection systems due to their lightweight, cost-effective, and high-conductivity advantages. Sanco’s copper-aluminum busbars are widely used in battery pack module connections and PDUs, earning recognition from multiple automakers.  

Overmolded Integrated Copper Busbar  
Widely used in NEV high-voltage systems, including battery pack module connections, motor controllers, and PDUs. These busbars are formed by integrating copper with plastic, combining structural consolidation with high insulation protection (IP67/UL94 V-0), reducing weight by 15%-30% while optimizing spatial layout.
